APC Presidential Candidate Bola Tinubu Denies Meeting With USA President Joe Biden, Blasts Peter Obi Supporters

Tinubu criticizes Peter Obi supporters after denying meeting US President Joe Biden
Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, APC, has denied meeting with Joe Biden, the president of the United States.
A picture of the APC presidential candidate meeting with Biden in the US had gone popular on social media.
He charged that Peter Obi’s supporters, who are running for president as the Labour Party, LP, circulated the image.
However, Tinubu claimed that the widely circulated photo of him with Biden was a hoax and should be ignored.
Through Bayo Onanuga, the APC PCC Director of Media and Publicity, Tinubu said that Obi’s supporters altered the popular photo.

In an interview with NAN, the News Agency of Nigeria, Onanuga stated: “A viral photo portraying Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and U.S. President, Joe Biden in discussions at the White House is the latest in the series of false information being spread by the political opposition.
“We are unable to simply understand the motivation behind the mayhem and lies that came from the fervent supporters of Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate.
After hearing that Asiwaju will travel abroad this weekend, the seemingly altered photograph appeared Tuesday night.
According to Onanuga, Tinubu was in Abuja and not the US.
But he did reveal that the APC presidential contender will be visiting the US this weekend.
According to him, Tinubu was scheduled to fly to Bayelsa on Thursday for a rally.
He stated that Chatham House in London will be his first stop, where he would speak about his Action Plan for Nigeria.
